Characters – Chapter 1
Shuma Miyabi
The protagonist. A first-year high school student. He often has a lethargic look and lifeless eyes. According to his friends, he’s good-looking, though he’s unaware of it. He has an older sister, Mayuki, and secretly enjoys admiring his senior.
Airi Hina
The main heroine. A second-year high school student and the senior Shuma admires. Beautiful, intelligent, and well-mannered, she’s a flawless young woman. Her lustrous black hair and sapphire-blue eyes are particularly striking, and her smile captivates everyone. She is Mayuki’s irreplaceable best friend. After a certain incident, she begins to take an interest in Shuma.
Mayuki Miyabi
Shuma’s older sister and Airi’s best friend. A cheerful and lively girl. She’s a member of the student council but has average academic ability. Her motto is “It’s okay to crash and burn as long as you try.” While not a brother complex, she deeply cares for Shuma.
Kagura Azusagawa
Shuma’s friend and classmate. He has a girlfriend who’s in her third year of middle school. As a charming and refreshing guy, he often makes Shuma jealous.
Yuzuha Shimizu
Shuma’s friend and classmate. She and Shuma were in the same club for all three years of middle school. A cute girl with light brown hair and round, cat-like lapis lazuli eyes. She has a habit of touching others, though there seems to be a reason behind it…?
Kokone Yaya
Airi and Mayuki’s friend. A gyaru with distinctive twin-tailed brown hair. She reigns at the top of the social hierarchy among second-year students.
Suzuran Shima
Airi, Mayuki, and Kokone’s friend. She has striking two-toned blue and purple hair tied into a side ponytail, making her another standout gyaru. As a close friend of Kokone, she also holds a high position in the social hierarchy. Kokone is her irreplaceable best friend.
